JOB DESCRIPTION
General responsibilities :
The Base Monitoring and Evaluation Manager is responsible the overall day to day management of the M&E team in coordination with the MEAL Coordinator. The Base M&E Manager will ensure properly implementation of the monitoring and evaluation activities, monitor staff in the field, and oversee their day to day activities. Furthermore, the Base M&E Manager will support the MEAL Coordinator in the rolling out of new M&E tools, and will assist regarding any data analysis and quality checking needs for data entry that may arise. Finally, the Base M&E Manager will provide support in drafting any monitoring and assessment reports that may be required.
Experience required: 3 to 5 years Education degree: Bachelor Degree Field of education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any other related field

Period: 3 months initial contract, renewable depending on fundings
Salary: According to ACF Salary Scale
