Fast Food Chef for Congo, kinshasa

We are looking for a chef specialized in fast food/Snacks in Congo kinshasa Presently
we are in the process of opening our new business in congo kinshasa, which we will be specialized on snacks and fast food sandwiches.
We need a special chef as mentioned above to be able to control that particular area and manage the operation for the kiosks, please note that he will be mainly in the main kitchen, also he will be responsible for products control and quality of the food, further more able to train his staff and keep records of all items to and from the kiosks.
The operational time will be from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm.
This recruitment need to be done before the 10th of March 2015 .
