JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB PURPOSE:
The Psychosocial Social Worker is responsible for working within the Women and Girls Safe Space, tailoring the activities pertaining to psychosocial support (group activities such as info sessions, awareness session, emotional support groups, life-skills, art/drama therapy, adolescent girls targeted activities. The PSW is accountable for all the coordination with COM to ensure that selected activities answer to the local population’s needs. PSW will be based in the Women and Girls Safe Space Center to be established in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, North (Akkar), Bekaa (North, West and Central), and South.
REPORTING LINES: Post holder reports to: Prevention Officer and Safe Space Manager

Arabic: Excellent English: Excellent French: Basic
Period: 1 year renewable
