Job Summary: Provide full administrative support to the General Manager.
And other duties as assigned or required
• 3 years of experience in administration
• Trilingual (Arabic, English, French) with perfect writing and typing in all three languages.
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook express, Microsoft Outlook.
• Fast with excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.
• Responsible and hard worker.
• Ability to stay updated about all important and current issues.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant and respectful with colleagues and Management.
