DESCRIPTION:
- Manages technical resources within budget and projects schedule.
- Distributes and reviews daily workloads among Service Engineers.
- Ensures Fast Response and Customer requests fulfillment. - Maintains stock level items and plan for future needs.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. - Build a knowledge base of clients and Employees.
- Conducts the search and recruitment of new Service Engineers according to management requirements and standards.
- Communicates effectively through meetings with clients to identify their needs and prepares the necessary Contracts.
- Holds regular status meetings with technical support team.
- Submit regular reports according to Management objectives and requirements.
BACKGROUND: Engineering degree Electrical/Industrial/Electronics.
Software and networking knowledge.
Experience in Database Management. 5 years’ experience in similar position.
Good Written and verbal analytical skills.
