H-2B VISA FOR HOSPITALITY JOBS

If now you are in the United States under B1, B2, F1 or J1 visa you can apply for an H-2B work visa for hospitality jobs. Jobs will start in January, 2015 and the H-2B visa will be valid until May 1, 2015. They will be full time positions.

A passport should be valid for the duration of the stay under the new non-immigrant status.
